What happens when my subscriber count crosses a tier boundary?
Your account upgrades automatically and you are billed at the new rate from the next billing cycle. There are no mid-cycle surprise charges. ISP NMS monitors your subscriber count continuously, so the upgrade happens cleanly without any manual action from you.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Standard onboarding guidance is included in all plans - that means access to our documentation, guided import flows for customers, plans, and devices, and email support from the onboarding team. The Scale and Enterprise plans include hands-on onboarding sessions with a dedicated specialist who will work with you until you are fully live.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly billing is available on all plans with no minimum commitment. Annual billing is available at a discount of up to 20% if you prefer the predictability - and even annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund if your situation changes.
